Fusion: A Discovery of Local Food, Wine & Craft Beer is Lambton County Developmental Services' (LCDS) premier fundraising event and one of Sarnia-Lambton's most anticipated annual gatherings. Celebrating its 15th Anniversary, Fusion offers an exceptional culinary experience featuring the region's finest chefs, wineries, craft breweries, distilleries, and local producers.
