Hi I am Andrea Kilmer, I discovered fitness through dance, music, and the joy of group fitness energy. With over four years of experience as a certified group fitness instructor, I began my teaching journey at The Studio and currently lead classes at Crunch in Sarnia.I bring high-energy, dance-inspired approach to my classes, and love blending rhythm, strength, and intentional movement to create classes that feel empowering and fun.

I also have a deep passion for Pilates and its ability to build strength from the inside out. I love Pilates for its focus on deep muscle conditioning, controlled movement, and body awareness, and I’m passionate about sharing how it can improve strength, flexibility, and connection to the body, helping participants feel strong, confident, and supported in every movement.
